Frank A. Montefusco

Frank A. Montefusco was born and raised in Wildwood, New Jersey and has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1987. He is also licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Mr. Montefusco received his bachelor’s degree from Ursinus College and his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Frank's practice has primarily been in the area of creditor’s rights and remedies, collection law, and civil litigation, including trial and appellate matters. Representative clients include General Motors Acceptance Corporation, Ford Motor Credit Company, Autonation Financial Services, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, World Omni Financial Corporation, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, General Motors Corporation as well as various other financial and creditor clientele.

Appointed in 1994 by Governor Lawton Chiles, Frank served as a Broward County Traffic Magistrate for five years. His memberships include the Broward County Bar Association, where he served on the Bench & Bar committee, as well as the Professionalism and Ethics committee. He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association and Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. He has also been very active in local youth athletic league programs including coaching his son’s All Star Roller Hockey Team for five years.
