Ken was born in Oakland, California, raised in Jacksonville, Florida, is married and has five children and two grandchildren. Drafted out of high school by the Washington Senators baseball team, Ken chose to attend Stetson University and graduated with honors with a degree in economics. He attended the University of Florida Law School and received his Juris Doctorate in 1972.
Ken is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the Federal Bar in all three Florida districts. He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and its real property and probate sections. Ken is a title agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
Ken's main areas of practice include wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, real estate law and creditor claims in bankruptcy.
Ken is also an avid fisherman, dog lover, all around sports fan, and loves to travel. His community involvement has included serving as a board member for the Community Foundation Of Broward County. He has also been involved with Little League baseball, where he served as a board member, as well as managed and coached his three son's baseball teams for many years.
